Jan Lange grew up in Germany and moved to Los Angeles in 1998 where he worked as part of a team remodeling high-end homes. Jan moved to Candler, NC in 2010 and has worked on residential and commercial properties in and around the Asheville area.  He has a detail-oriented approach to each project he undertakes with a strong focus on quality and customer care. 

Remodeling

Wether changing a lock or adding a custom bathroom, he always works clean using drop cloths and plastic sheeting to make sure that the work area doesn’t take over the living space, and when he’s done there is no trace of chips or dust, just fine craftsmanship.

Home Maintenance 

Jan has recently, by request, added a maintenance service for his clients who have second homes or have demanding schedules. For those who are having work done by other tradesman he can over see the project and for the peace of mind of those who maybe away from their western North Carolina homes for extended periods he can check in to make sure all is well with the home systems.
